If someone is not showing up in the Assignee dropdowns on Jira, that means that they aren't a member of the right group. They need to be in citrix-employees or jira-developers to show up in the dropdown. Get one of your friendly local Jira admins to fix this if it's happening to you. Cheers, Ewan.
