image.JPG gets the mime type text/plain while image.jpg gets image/jpeg.

This was produced with the default config, I've check the mime type file no
problems there that I could see. 

An example:
http://zerospace.org:8080/zs10.JPG
http://zerospace.org:8080/zs10.jpg
