What would you guys think about using [Bootstrap|http://getbootstrap.com/] to handle the responsive layout aspect?

I would see this affecting just the documentation generation code and the [documentation.jsp|https://github.com/apache/nifi/blob/master/nifi-nar-bundles/nifi-framework-bundle/nifi-framework/nifi-web/nifi-web-docs/src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/jsp/documentation.jsp]

Is Bootstrap overkill for this?  I haven't looked into it too much, but I might play around with it to see if it would be useful for this ticket.  [~mcgilman] thoughts?
