socutes opened a new issue, #6310:

   When proxy_home is not configured，The file path read is null/conf/rmq-proxy.json . Change to read from the current running directory. ./conf/rmq-proxy.json
   
   `find an unexpect err.java.lang.RuntimeException: the config file null/conf/rmq-proxy.json not exist`
