Is the old plug-ins repository website active or should I submit my plug-ins elsewhere?

I signed up and submitted a plug-in in the old NB plug-ins repository
page (http://plugins.netbeans.org/) and I'm wondering if the old site is
still being maintained/moderated. or should I go to a different site?

Awesome, and welcome, will check and verify it.

Yes, its the appimage-export one.

Just did a self-signing using the procedure described here:
http://wiki.netbeans.org/DevFaqSignNbm and re-uploaded.

Again, Thanks Geertjan for all the help and sorry for all the newbie
questions, but it's been only 2 weeks since I dumped Eclipse and
switched to NebBeans and I'm still finding my way around the NB
community situation.  :)

Keep up the great work :)

I guess this one, which has been approved:

http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/75043/appimage-export

It's not signed, you can see that above on the page, so will not be able to
be verified for the Plugin Portal.

You're really always going to need to provide all the info to save time
when you ask questions here, i.e., the obvious question here is which
plugin are you talking about?

I have a few minutes ago approved several plugins that have been submitted
on the plugins page, maybe yours. Can you respond and say which plugin
you're referring to?
