   各个nameserver之间不尽兴网络通讯 broker会和每个nameserver保持长链接 每隔30s维护一次健康实例

   还是这3个NameServer分别自己发起访问Broker的心跳，Broker挂了后，3个NameServer自己删除自己中的Broker信息？
