Support use of jndi within ant

Summary: Support use of jndi within ant
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.1
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: thierry.lach@bbdodetroit.com

Some of the core and optional ant tasks, specifically but not limited to <sql>
and <mail>, could use jndi to specify connections and mailhosts respectively.

Integrated ant jndi support could be useful in junit tests also.
