Zoning for Facilities

Hi.
If I want to implement zoning (location) for Facilities, how should I do it?
Should I add a new column in the PostalAddress? Or use FacilityGroup to
group together Facilities within a common zone?
Ultimately, Id like to do searches for facilities within a common zone.

So you want something like groups of facilities? If so the entity  
would be FacilityGroup. There isn't a UI for this entity (that I know  
of...), but it has existed for a long time and can be used for just  
this.
