[EN] Wrong Help instruction

Placeholder, hidden text, insert reference, variable, database, and
user-defined fields display a help tip when you rest the mouse pointer over
the field in a document. To enable this feature, ensure that the Extended
Tips<emph/>option (<item type="menuitem">What's This?</item>) is selected
in the <item type="menuitem">Help</item> menu.

Extended tips is available under Tools - options - General,  not under
Help.
Instruction is inaccurate.
