Currently we have a UserResourceProfile model that is used to store a user's personal account information on compute resources. There's a lot of overlap with the GroupResourceProfile and we can replace the UserResourceProfile with a GroupResourceProfile that belongs to a user.

I'm proposing that we add a field to the UserProfile model, *{{personalGroupResourceProfile}}*.
