Once it is, we should have wsdl4j-1.6.1.jar in /lib/common instead of the current version. This will be in line with the current Axis2 version and will prevent any confusion when compiling the samples. There is no breakage (syntactic or semantic) in muse-core or muse-tools because of this upgrade.
