As long as it doesn't break the availability of the archived distributions, I don't see why not. This wouldn't change the project code. I'm unclear why it's in two places to begin with. Easiest way would be to just attach the replacement files here and we'll put 'em up on archive.a.o, since jakara/jmeter doesn't exist in svn anymore.
