Daniel Templeton updated YARN-4702:
-----------------------------------
Attachment: YARN-4702.001.patch
This patch adds a min and max child resource setting to the queue configuration that is only used for ad hoc queues.

> FairScheduler allows creating queues on the fly. Unlike other queues, one cannot set maxResources for these queues since they don't show up in the xml config. Adding a default maxResources for ad hoc pools would help.
