   ## What is the purpose of the change
   
   Authentication is a common used function in consuming/producing message between Pulsar and Flink. We didn't expose it to Builder method, and use the common config options instead. Exposing the auth setting to a new `setAuthentication` method will simplify the development for end-user.
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   Add two new `setAuthentication` method for both `PulsarSinkBuilder` and `PulsarSourceBuilder`.
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change is a trivial rework without any test coverage.
   
   ## Does this pull request potentially affect one of the following parts:
