Now I'm confused - is there a problem w/the current lib file and build.xml after c23eccf3c690eefd06eb976405c5fe0e48c76312?  edit: Specifically, are you saying that a regular build works fine for you but running tests does not?  What's the specific issue you're having with the code-base at this time?
