IDL compiling error when runing [bootstrap specs]

When runing [bootstrap specs], it shows an IDL error .

I've been seeing that as well.

But, someone (I don't remember who) said that it was probably not a big 
deal.

Is there anyone with more information about this error and whether it is 
an issue or not?
