Due to no open api to control the schema converting no matter enable `spark.sql.parquet.enableVectorizedReader` or not, it's hard to support to query in this case.
As follows, it's hard to make the predicate is true for now.

maybe, we need to close the ability to change the datatype.
Also I find Changing data type is not support in parquet table and delta lake table.
