Tomcat websocket remote connection issue

I'm using Spring MVC + meteor. Spring version is 3.1.0.RC1,
Atmosphere 1.0.0.beta4, tomcat 7.0.29, OS: ubuntu.

I was trying to upgrade from long polling to websocket. I configured
transport as websocket & fallback as long polling. It was working all good
on my laptop until I checked it from another pc. Safari is working ok since
its using long polling but chrome and firefox (browsers with websocket
capability) are not receiving any message. I can see that they are
subscribing ok but broadcasters seem like not publishing remote websockets.
But my local websocket clients are receiving messages ok.

Is it tomcat or OS related problem?
