    Resolution: Cannot Reproduce

Tried those exact commands with `cordova` tool at master and it worked fine.

We're trying to get a release out soon, so hopefully you'll have an updated version soon.

You might also try installing by id via:
cordova plugin add org.apache.cordova.inappbrowser
