Updating SCA Distributions

Is there any documentation on how to update the SCA Distributions ?
Maybe a quick readme on java/sca/distribution describing how to add
dependencies... should new dependencies always go in both bundle and
manifest ? what about webapp ?

BTW, I have added sdo-tools dependencies under revision #565631, it
would be great if someone could review it and let me know if I didn't
forget any other place.
