[~jmorille] and [~nikhilkh] per the [w3c doc|http://www.w3.org/TR/CSP2/#directive-report-uri] on CSP, reporting is handled by the {{report-uri}} directive. This is per Section [7.13 report-uri|http://www.w3.org/TR/CSP2/#directive-report-uri]. 

However, when used as a HTML meta element the directive is not used. This per Section [3.3 HTML {{<meta>}} Element|http://www.w3.org/TR/CSP2/#delivery-html-meta-element]. See bullet point #5.

Hence, there is NO error reporting available, per the w3c doc.

[~jmorille]  are you asking for some type of reporting facility (or something). If so, you need to state it, otherwise I will recommend this PR be closed.
