Pranas Baliuka created IGNITE-6206:
--------------------------------------

             Summary: IgniteDataStreamer flush() is not working
                 Key: IGNITE-6206
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-6206
             Project: Ignite
          Issue Type: Test
            Reporter: Pranas Baliuka
            Priority: Blocker

Dear Ignite experts,

I'm total newbie at Ignite and trying to interpret JavaDoc of IgniteDataStreamer and test.
Summary of the test at forum:
http://apache-ignite-users.70518.x6.nabble.com/Why-DataStreamer-flush-is-not-flushing-td16466.html

Attempt to have checkpoint to flush data to cache from IgniteDataStreamer are not working:
* Restricted buffers;
* Time based flushing;
* Explicit flushig.

Test project - https://github.com/pranasblk/ignite-not-flushing

Let me know if it is by design. Otherwise point to documentation explaining how to do flusing ...

Thanks
P
