Axis2 : Invalid Security Error while trying to access https web service

Hi all

I am trying to run a sample on applying Binding Operation Level Policy.
I get the following error while trying to access the service.

[INFO] Listening on port 8080

[ERROR] InvalidSecurity

org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: InvalidSecurity

        at org.apache.rampart.handler.PostDispatchVerificationHandler.invoke(Pos

I went through the following forum which says there could be an issue with the RampartPolicyData.

Did anyone find an appropriate cause for this error?
