Skip Java SDK CI jobs for doc-only changes under java-sdk/
---
### Why
A documentation-only change under `java-sdk/`, such as updating `java-sdk/README.md`, currently will triggers Java SDK tests / E2E checks. This is unnecessary for Markdown-only changes because they do not affect the runtime behavior. It also adds avoidable CI cost and noise for small documentation fixes.
### What
Narrow the Java SDK selective-checks file patterns so Markdown-only changes under `java-sdk/` are not treated as Java SDK code/build changes.
