   @sijie, Thanks for the comments. Kerberos is a different issue, seems that is caused by some hard code values in worker config code.  
   also updated the description. This PR is mainly to provide a way for user to separately enable authentication for broker and function worker as they wanted, instead of disable/enable both authentication.
