It's strange the CI failed twice with following error:

```
The command "bash install-jdk.sh -F 11 -L BCL --target $JAVA_HOME --workspace ${TRAVIS_HOME}/.cache/install-jdk" failed and exited with 8 during .
```

It seems a failure during downloading jdk because of the last line:

```
Downloading JDK from http://download.oracle.com/otn-pub/java/jdk/11+28/55eed80b163941c8885ad9298e6d786a/jdk-11_linux-x64_bin.tar.gz...
```
