When we introduced the new spam policy I added a "banner" on top of all pages of the OFBIZ Confluence workspace.

We wanted to change its content but I can't no longer access to this part.

We woud like to have in the banner:

Access to add and change pages is restricted. See here why https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/No+Spam

Could you please change it for us? Thanks!
