The jar, javadocs and sources from Hibernate 3.1.3

I used the 3.1.2 version as a base for this bundle and added some admin information (e.g. organisation, issuemanagement, ...) to the pom.

The main difference is that I deleted all exclusions from the dom4j dependency (except xml-apis) because in the dom4j pom all this exclusions declared as "optional" or "test" and I think there is no need anymore for this exclusions .
