Problem with build of apps

When I try to build a simple application according "Developing Applications
with Tomcat" i get the following error:

For documenting purposes i printed out the used class-path. I'm using the
newest Tomcat release, downloaded last week.
I'm using Tomcat just a couple of days and would be glad if somone can help
me.
