Re: Ziff Davis replies to the 50% market question!!!

Hey guys,

After reading the article, it appears that Albert Pang is so mesmerized
by Micro$oft that he even mis-quotes himself. He stated that the target
for the original message was to MIS managers running INTRANET servers,
but in his original article he mentioned that Netscape has 42% of INTRANET
servers ... I think the hot air is ALL from his head!

According to the "original" article,

"For the time being, Netscape appears to have the upper hand, according
to analysts and users. Zona Research estimates that Netscape holds a 42
percent share in the Internet server market, while Microsoft has 28
percent. In the intranet space, Netscape holds 35 percent compared with
Microsoft's 30 percent."

Pig, n.:
An animal (Porcus omnivorous) closely allied to the human race
by the splendor and vivacity of its appetite, which, however, is
inferior in scope, for it balks at pig.
