Configuring Y-axis in Graph

Hi everyone,

My name is Colin Wlodkowski and I am a new member of of the OSS Jenkins community and have come across an issue I think the Echarts community may be able to help with. I am working on the following newbie friendly issue surrounding a plugin that uses Echarts to create a warnings graph: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-56594?jql=issuetype%20%3D%20Bug%20AND%20status%20%3D%20Open%20AND%20labels%20%3D%20newbie-friendly . It appears that the E-chart API being used to render this graph is not providing an integer based y-axis. Therefore, I am wondering if anyone could offer me some insight on if and how it would be possible for me to provide this axis to the graph? 

Sorry if this is a basic issue, I'm rather new to this, and thanks in advanced for any help,
