[jira] [Updated] (SUBMARINE-1166) Message for duplicate names is too vague

cdmikechen updated SUBMARINE-1166:
----------------------------------
    Description:
If the same resource name (not necessarily CRD) matches the notebook, the system will prompt the following error:
*You might have a duplicate notebook name, please try again*

But after the error message, some resources that have been created are not rolled back.
Submarine should more clearly tell which resource has name conflict, and roll back correctly after error.
