Buonaserarecentemente ho acquistato un notebook con schermo 4k, ho installato il V/s programma (che utilizzo da anni) e le icone sono minuscole, quasi illeggibili.
Ho provato a rimediare con alcuni procedimenti trovati sul web, nessuna differenza.
Mi potete indicare per cortesia come rimediare.

I assume you talk about the icons within OpenOffice.
Select Tools from the top bar then select OpenOffice --> View and adjust 
Icon size and style
Changes takes effect the next time you start OpenOffice.
