using log4j 1.3 with jboss

Hi,

	I'm trying to use JMSAppender with Jboss-3.2.3, and getting a
ClassCastException at org.apache.log4j.net.JMSAppender.activateOptions.

	I know I don't need log4j 1.3 to use JMSAppender, but I use DBAppender and
SocketHubAppender also.

	Is anyone doing it without problems with this or other jboss release ? I
saw a reference to a successfull use of jboss-3.0.7, but I need something
more recent.
