On IE9 follow the below steps
 
NNUI --> Utilities -> Browse the File system -> click on File name
 
Instead of displaying the Block information , it displays as 

{noformat}
Failed to retreive data from /webhdfs/v1/4?op=GET_BLOCK_LOCATIONS: No Transport "
