Sorry, this was my fault.  The problem is that it can't find the test 
files.  I figured out how to set up my local env so it can find the file 
using getResourceAsStream(), and I just committed (r1038359) the test case 
using this method.  Build will be back to normal shortly.  Lesson learned, 
shouldn't happen again now that my local machine is set up properly.
