The Apache Server installed itself as a service, but the service didn't start.
The problem faced when starting Apache as a service was:

Could not start the Apache service on <Server Name>
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly
>How-To-Repeat:
The problem can be repeated by downloading the Apache Webserver version 1.3.12 from your site and installing the Apache Webserver and running it as a service.
