When a user tries to add a new Floating rate, non-descript "Error" is returned.

2nd MAJOR ISSUE: New Product cannot be created if Floating Rate not defined. "Error
The parameter `isLinkedToFloatingInterestRates` has been passed and is not supported for this request." returned.
