[I] Connector integration tests fail with WireMock 404 on SELinux-enforcing hosts [iggy]

   ### Bug description
   
   `cargo test -p integration connectors::http_config_provider` (and `connectors::http::http_sink`) fail with `HttpRequestFailed("HTTP 404 Not Found - No response could be served as there are no stub mappings in this WireMock instance.")` on hosts with SELinux `Enforcing`. The WireMock test fixtures bind-mount stub-mapping directories, but the mounted dirs keep the host's default SELinux label (e.g. `user_home_t`), which the container's confined context can't read — WireMock boots with zero stubs. Fixed in both fixtures by adding `.with_security_opt("label=disable")` to the `testcontainers` `GenericImage` builder.

   3. `docker exec` into the WireMock container: `ls /home/wiremock/mappings` → `Permission denied`
