Oak 1.4.10 release plan

Hello team,

I'm planning to cut Oak 1.4.10 on Monday 14th November.

If there are any objections please let me know. Otherwise I will
re-schedule any non-resolved issue for the next iteration.

Actually we'd like to have extra time for some testing and integration.
Therefore going to cut the release tomorrow 10th November somewhere
around morning GMT.
