   Using feature dev.
   
   I have set start parameters for new ProcessInstance but when this instance was failed, I tried to rerun, the start parameter will roll back to the default global parameter which I set in the definition step.

   step 1. setting the Process definition.

   step 3. setting the start parameter and start.

   step 4. see failed log.

   step 5. rerun

   step 6. see failed log again.

   Now start parameters of this instance was rolled back, and this may be a fatal bug.
