Running cassandra 4.0-alpha4 with ccm on windows returns this output but cassandra starts just fine:

exist.
At C:\Users\appveyor\.ccm\test_f4cd10b2782a\node1\conf\cassandra-env.ps1:305 char:16{code}
I also agree with supporting Windows for dev environments but our recommendation should be to use WSL2 or docker before attempting to run it on native Windows.
