startuperror: ObjectAlreadyExistsException at /tempaction

after running jboss3.2.1 with the nighly build of slide from 04/21/2003
a few times slide complains about an object at /tempaction and the
import of the data-part of domain.xml stops. 
the nodestore is mapped to a sybse-db.

should i delete the object in the db to finish my import?
i can't start again with a clean db!
