Derby site documentation cruft

  Hello,

We have old cruft lying around in the directory structure for our website.
Unless I get push-back, I will delete the following directories:

10.0-bak
10.1_old
10.4_old
10.6_old
dev_original

I would also like to delete the following files, unless someone know 
that they are being used for something:
docs-10.0.tar
docs-10.0.tar.gz
docs-10.0.zip


In addition, the documentation for 10.6 is missing the write permission 
for the group.
Lily, can you please fix that?

I have deleted all mentioned directories/files except '10.6_old'. It is 
also missing the write privilege for the group.

Rick, can you please just delete that directory?

Note that you only changed the permissions on the directory itself. The 
content, including all subdirectories, are still missing the write 
permission for the group.
