Quest for seach engines with mobile web site indices and SOAP interface

Does anyone know of a search engine that indexes mobile web sites and
provides a SOAP interface as google does?  If google is capable of this, I
don't know about it.

Suggestions for alternative newsgroups that would be better to post this
question on would be useful as well.

It's not true.

Google Api SOAP Interface is very limited: you have to get a license key 
which entitles you only to 1000 queries per day.

If you want more, ....... you have to pay..........
