List moderation made easy

I've been seeing a lot of people having difficulty with ASF list
moderation.

Anyone in this situation may be interested in a tool I've written to ease
the task; it uses Apache SpamAssassin to check moderation-required
messages for spamminess, caches list passwords, provides a single-keypress
UI, and does a whole lot of other useful stuff to make the task
less onerous.

Using this, I typically moderate hundreds of messages in under a minute at
each sitting.
