Add options to view previous and next version of the policy. This will be extremely useful to browse through the policy changes.

Also add the following details in this popup:
* Service type (HDFS/HBase/Hive/Knox/Storm/YARN/Solr/..)
* Service name
* Policy createTime
* Policy lastUpdateTime (at the time when the audit was generated)
* Policy createdByUser
* Policy lastUpdatedByUser
