[users@httpd] Security risk when running as administrator?

I've been reading http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mpm_common.html#user
and was looking for a windows example. How should I set up a special account
for the web server to run in?

Siegfried

In windows, this is done through the services control panel. There
are specific instructions here:
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/platform/windows.html#winsvc
