Optiontransferselect doesnot move the values to the other box when there is a hypen in the value

In optiontransferselect , when the list value has some value like this  say 1000-1212 , whenever the hypen is present the moveselectedoptions javascript doesnot move the value to the other box. because when the javascript sees -1 in the value ,it assumes it to be the headerkey
