Errors in NHTTP transport that lead to the transport being shutdown can be more descriptive. The attached improvement introduces descriptive logging when connections are shutdown which should allow better correlating an exception with shutdown event. This should help us better understand connection issues using the logs.  

Please find the diff attached for your consideration (created against trunk).
